Q1: what is hair  porosity? 
Answer: Porosity is your hair's ability to absorb and retain moisture. It affects how well oils and moisture pass in and out of the cuticle (The outermost layer of your hair).

Q2: Why are your masks oily-based not cream-based? 
Answer: As our masks are rich with natural oils, but no worries, it easily runs off of the hair once you wash your hair with water.

Q3: How long should I keep the masks on my hair? 
Answer: It’s best to leave it for two hours maximum.

Q4: Can I sleep with the hair mask on? 
Answer: It’s not recommended to do so, as it’s very concentrated, you better wash it in 2 hours maximum.

Q5: Do they suit any hair type? 
Answer: Yes, Shea Mask is used for high porosity hair, and Maya Hair Mask is used for low porosity hair
