1) NO return or exchange for used and/or unsealed products.
2) Returns and exchanges are done within 14 days from delivery date STATED BY THE COURIER under the following conditions:
a. In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to exchange it, it is our responsibility to deliver it free of delivery charges.
b. In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to refund it, it is our responsibility to pick the items up without any delivery fees, refunding method will be arranged upon agreement between us.
c. In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to exchange it, an image must be sent from your side to check if used or unsealed then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to pay double delivery fees (delivering the item you want and returning the wrong item to our warehouse).
d. In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to refund it, an image must be sent from your side to check if used or unsealed then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to
pay delivery fees to return back the item to our warehouse, refunding method will be arranged upon agreement between us.
e. We don’t exchange or return an item that doesn’t suit your skin or hair type.
