This website is operated by Raw African Products. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Raw African.

This page contains our terms and conditions as well as information about ordering process, returns, exchanges and refunds policy,

Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product from Raw African.

i) Order process and conclusion of purchase agreement

(1) The product presentation on our Website does not represent an offer but shall be understood

as a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit an order.

(2) By clicking the “place order” button, you send us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase

agreement with Raw African regarding the items in your shopping cart (hereinafter

referred to as “Order”).

(3) Raw African may, at its discretion, accept or hold the Order if we suspect that it is duplicated, Raw African will contact you in case of order duplication.

(4) If you place an Order through our Website, the ordering process comprises 5 steps:

  1. You add the desired items to your bag.

ii You check all items in your shopping cart and apply any necessary changes, You click the

“Check out” button to proceed to shipping and billing page where you put the necessary information to process your order.

iii. the next page can be used if you need to pay our attention to any special notes about your order.

iiii. the next page is order confirmation and if you have a valid coupon, you can use it at this step.

iiiii. Finally, on the “Checkout” page, you select the preferred method of payment and confirm

your acceptance of the conditions that shall apply to the purchase. Here, you can again

change the invoice details, check your purchase data and return to the cart by clicking

“Back to cart”. By clicking “place order”, we receive your order at our backend.

(5) With our order confirmation and/or delivery, we will send you a copy of the corresponding

Order, including the corresponding invoice, to your email address.

ii) Delivery process and costs

Once we receive your order, we send it to the courier after 1 working day (excluding Fridays and Saturdays and official holidays) in case you want to modify your order.

** IN CASE YOU WANT TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER, you can modify it after one day ONLY through our social media, email or by phone.

The courier delivers your order within 3-5 working days depending on your area.

Delivery costs

Cairo & Giza : 50 LE

Cairo suburban (Obour City – Madinty – Mostakbal City – Sherouk – Badr City – shoubra El Khaima – Helwan) : 65 LE

Alexandria: 75 LE

Canal cities (Port Said, Ismailia, Suez) : 65 LE

Delta cities (Demietta – Kafr Elsheikh – Behira – Menoufia – Gharbia – Sharkia – Dakahlia – Qalioubia – El Sokhna – Giza province) : 65 LE

Upper Egypt (Fayoum – Beni Suef – Minia – Assiut – Sohag – Qena – Luxor – Aswan) : 75 LE

iii)Exchange, return and refund policy

  • NO return or exchange for used and/or unsealed products.
  • Returns and exchanges are done within 14 days from delivery date STATED BY THE COURIER under the following conditions:
  1. In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to exchange it, it is our responsibility to deliver it free of delivery charges.
  2. In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to refund it, it is our responsibility to pick the items up without any delivery fees, refunding method will be arranged upon agreement between us.
  3. In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to exchange it, an image must be sent from your side to check if used or unsealed then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to pay double delivery fees (delivering the item you want and returning the wrong item to our warehouse).
  4. In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to refund it, an image must be sent from your side to check if used or unsealed then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to pay delivery fees to return back the item to our warehouse, refunding method will be arranged upon agreement between us.
  5. We don’t exchange or return an item that doesn’t suit your skin or hair type.
